Conditions
To avoid any misunderstandings or unnecessary delays during the conclusion of the purchase agreement, please read and approve the important purchasing terms below for the products offered by SIA "Janiks", Reg. No. 40003326080 (hereinafter referred to as “Janiks”).
1. Distance Contract
As the products offered by Janiks are sold via the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, when a customer places an order, a Distance Contract is concluded between the seller and the buyer.
2. Prices
All prices listed in the Janiks online store include 21% Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices are valid during the period specified for each product.
3. Payment Methods
Payment for selected goods and delivery can be made via bank transfer or PAYSERA.
4. Delivery Options
When placing an order, the buyer can choose one of the following delivery methods:

Delivery via Omniva courier service
5. Product Usage
Before using the received product, please carefully read the user manual and only use the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions, in accordance with the product’s properties and intended purpose.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind and decide to cancel the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” grant consumers the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller.
According to Article 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, when exercising the right of withdrawal under a Distance Contract, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.”
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging to avoid mechanical damage during the return process. Janiks reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged or not in its original, complete condition.
To arrange a return, please send a request to info@priori.lv, indicating the order number and date, and complete the return form, which was included with your order.
7. Product Servicing
Product servicing is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The servicing period is specified in the product description.
Upon purchase, the customer receives an electronic invoice, which includes details about the product and, if applicable, the warranty or servicing conditions. The invoice is valid without a signature and is legally binding only if it contains correct and clear information such as the product model and the date of purchase.
It is forbidden to alter, erase, or rewrite the information on the purchase documents — doing so will render the service documents invalid.
8. Claims and Complaints
Claims related to product quality are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, as well as Cabinet Regulation No. 631, “Procedure for Submitting and Reviewing Consumer Claims Regarding Non-Conforming Goods or Services.”
9. Data Retention
In accordance with legal requirements, JANIKS retains concluded purchase contracts for accounting and financial reporting purposes.
